Feel we’re lacking some initiative in midfield. Think Stach is worth the shout. Question is who comes off? Longstaff or Tanaka?

My frustration with Farke. Tanaka at home for more creativity but but away from home play Stach. Don't understand his reluctance to change systems based on the situation and oponent.
