3-1 if I recallandrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:44 pm I switched to Sky News and the guy who'd been watching said Leeds were brilliant
Hard to say
Luton were poor. Don't think I've seen a worse team drop from the premier league in a while. Maybe Stoke (Bielsa's 3-0 debut)

Luton had 4 chances none were particular good ones. We on the other hand had more than I can remember.

Agreed, AJS. And they looked the most likely to stay up last season. Strange situation, that club.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:44 pm I switched to Sky News and the guy who'd been watching said Leeds were brilliant

I'd be surprised if anyone predicted them to go up pre-season. Always likely to be another Blackpool or Barnsley.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:44 pm I switched to Sky News and the guy who'd been watching said Leeds were brilliant

We were very decent today, hard to light up the world when the oposition sit back and don't really care about having the ball

Very disorganized but there's some talent there that may shock some teams in the promotion spots if they do put it together.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:44 pm I switched to Sky News and the guy who'd been watching said Leeds were brilliant

Indeed Joe! Enjoy Thanksgiving. I hope you and your family have a GREAT day!!
I'm looking forward to a great meal and some Detroit Lions football. First time in my almost 62 years on the planet that the Lions have an elite team. With the best record in the NFL.

Good year to be a Lions fan. And (my team) the Bills. Although we'll lose in the playoffs to KC regardless of what happens.BlackHillsPaul wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:53 pm Indeed Joe! Enjoy Thanksgiving. I hope you and your family have a GREAT day!!

Strange game today. We were absolutely dominant but Luton had some very good chances - on another day we miss our chances, they take theirs and the result is a travesty.

Re: Leeds Utd v Luton Town Match Thread
Would have been interesting had they made it 1-1, stunning clearance from Struijk easily worth a goal for us. Created 3 other good chances, better header when in the clear and that may have been two. Then Mes quickly off his line for a very good 3rd chance and a regulation save as well laterYorkshireSquare wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:52 pm We were very decent today, hard to light up the world when the oposition sit back and don't really care about having the ball

Well, you are the only team to beat KC so far this season. I watched that game and have to say that I was impressed with the Bills.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2024 9:54 pm Good year to be a Lions fan. And (my team) the Bills. Luton were really poor but we were excellent from the start. Gave them a few chances but no point complaining after 3 goals, a clean sheet & back at the top of the table.
