If you go into a game thinking you will lose, you'll lose.. Always make the opposition worry about you, never set a team up to not lose, it hardly ever works

We can still get a result but our managers love to try to do it the hard way, play your best team irrespective of opponent

Inspiring selection.
Gnonto & Summerville some firepower off the bench when we are inevitably chasing the game

Good - Roca dropped

Bad - Greenwood, Bamford, NO Gnonto, NO Summerville
Mostly agree WIF. You can add Robles staying in as good and I definitely think that Greenwood will add quite a bit from set pieces and is capable of scoring from play.

Disappointed that both Bamford is in, even more so with Rodrigo (just don't play him at 10 pleasssèee!). Also that neither Gnonto or Summerville are on is a negative.

He's basically picked the most bland defensive lineup he can think of with as many older players as he can.

Shoved Greenwood in because God knows.

And is the 4th manager to try the known failure of playing Rodrigo and Bamford together.

There's no pace in that attack.

How do you play on the break as we inevitably will?

It's dinosaur tactics level 1

Did we want someone to come in and do exactly the same thing as the last bloke but just chuck gnonto on? It’s a different approach, probably won’t work but let’s see.

Alladyce quote from before he took over

"There are a couple of players who in my opinion should be playing. Wilfried Gnonto, the young Italian kid," Allardyce told his No Tippy Tappy Football podcast.

"Fantastic. He's so positive, so driven, so direct with the ball, he gets the play up the field and he doesn't mind defending as well."

I'd take a draw now. Leicester will prob beat Wham on last day, so we need t least 4 more points. Our last 2 games are where our win might come.
