Our defence is collectively because of the way they are being drilled.

Funny thing is we knew this even before he arrived.

Absolutely correct, with the add on that we are more shite at the back.

I don't think another manager can save us, we've got to tough it out with Jesse.

Keep ya fingers crossed we don't fck up at the back in these upcoming because that's what it's gonna boil down to.

We're gonna have to hope Jesse's hectic style is gonna save us coz we can't hope to play someone off the park.

We could say tough defeat tonight which is how i feel, but i have zero confidence when oppo's attack.

I don't think a kneejerk reaction is needed calling for Jesses head, but it's all on these next few games now and a gamble, if we get some wins and rapid we should be ok, but if we don't, i think we're fcked.

Fingers and toes crossed time again, i had no doubts whatsoever we'd stay up last year with Bert if he got his players back, i don't feel the same with Jesse but feel we've got to stick it out with him.

Tough call, and still on a tightrope.

My Richter scale - 2.25

No, bollocks - we need a tactician pronto, half a season to save our PL status, leave it 3/4 games and it’s too late.

I thought it was a decent performance tbh, Leon. Worthy of a point at least. Some good saves & defensive tackles I have to albeit begrudgingly give them credit for. They have blagged 3 points there and they know it.
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

Sadly, I expect him to line out the same team again. And when it isn’t working he still won’t make a substitution before the 60th minute.

Oh, and Aaronson will also start, when he really shouldn’t at this stage.

Spend a midfielders fee on a manager, you can take your pick. 8-)

And the players are better than Jesse is making them look. The manager is letting the club down now, he’s not getting a tune from them and the points tally is suffering.

We mock Lampard for his Everton record . . It's better than Marsch here.

Unlucky today absolutely

But you'd be hard pressed to find a manager who can't do better than 2 wins in 17

Personally I'd love Jose as he is a winner and will win us trophies, but I know our fans would moan about the style!

We've always had inept defenders, some fans forget we've leaked goals through self-inflicted errors for the last five years.

You cannot just blame the defenders for what is happening, they are collectively being thrown under the bus by the way Jesse is wanting the team to play, he is basically gambling we'll score, and when we don't then they uncannily (Paul) do and that's because of the gaping holes on the counter and the backtracking .

Yes, we are fuming about our not finding the back of the net on 3 occasions, but yet again Villa could've also had more.

His gameplan is a gamble that's not paying off atm, and all the other teams around us will be planning to hit us on the break.

I think he’ll change it tbh. I’m not going to jump on Pascal but a real good player has destroyed him a couple of times tonight and you can’t ignore that.
Think he might go Ayling Cooper Wober Firpo. If Firpo gets the runaround then move Wober to LB and bring Koch on. Firpo is a specialist LB after all and Wober is a CB
