NBC will air every EPL game on their main feed, USA Network, or Peacock Premium. Here in the US we can get every Leeds game. Not sure how you gain access to those networks in the UK.

NBC moves the most popular PL game of the day from Peacock to the USA network. And that's always been the Leeds games, because of the US players.

You can also view through the NBC sports app and connect via your cable (or through a friend’s if they’ll let you). The USA Network games are generally on NBC Sports while the rest of the EPL matches are on Peacock. However, the replay should be available on Peacock later today. Hope that helps/makes some sense.

Maybe Willy has a slight injury problem ? The manager doesn't give out details of players injuries so maybe its just a case of allowing his injury to improve and only bring him on if we have no other choice. Wouldnt be too concerned about him being on the bench.
