Nice to be through. Suspect DF is learning a lot about which players he can trust and which need work.

That’s got to be a positive. Especially as we’re only 2 two games into the season

Two games unbeaten!

No backup for Ampadu unless it’s Archie, but then who is he paired with. Gyabi just no, Shackleton no
No 10 unless it’s Poveda or Summerville, both unproven in that role
No 9, Bamford can’t be relied on, Gnonto is not ideal there and likely won’t be here come September
Nothing at CB behind Struik and Cresswell
Transfer window still open. A lot can happen in 3 weeks.

It’s also time for the coach to coach and make these developing players better ( and df can coach).

Good result, decent performance, concede a fluke goal then shut up shop and probably should have been 4 or 5...

Impressive work from Farke I think, banana skin safely avoided.

TBF can't be much worse than what we've had on the matchday thread

Precisely. Everyone just wants to throw money at it, as the solution to everything. But Orta wasted hundreds of millions on dross, which will take us years to recover from.

Shrewsbury commentary very biased, probably made it sound closer than it was ...

Woo
Seemed to step up 2nd half again.

Poveda seems to be getting the most praise and Sini unsurprisingly seems to have done well in his cameo
