When we can turn in a performance like we did v Leicester - And folk cannot see the reasons why.

And also turn in a performance like we did v Stoke - And folk cannot see the reasons why.

And also turn in a performance like we did v Soton - And some folk cannot see the reasons for the defeat.

They quite simply should not be watching the game of football, they embarrass themselves, they know nothing of the game and should take up another sport, perhaps not even sport, but just take something else up

I totally agree with you Cjay. On our day and with our best players in the team, we are probably the best in the league and have proved as much with wins over the top two, away from home at that. The difference has been our problematic start, our slightly erratic form when not playing our very best players and a bit of good fortune for both Leicester and Ipswich to end up winning games they haven’t deserved to. Hopefully, over the long season things will even themselves out and the best 3 teams will promote, we certainly being one of them!

Some Leicester fan thoughts
One of these links to the other clubs forums wouldn't go amiss on the matchday thread of ours against the team we're about to play.

Let's see what Plymouth fans are thinking before and after our next game when our match thread goes up.

Stoke could turn out to be a very important game for us..

Thing to cling on to for me is the performances haven't matched the results for Leicester.

They haven't been 11 points better than us performance wise.

The xG stats tell us its at most 4 or 5 points difference and that doesn't seem anywhere near as scary especially considering things like the Bamford pen Vs Stoke, sending off vs Hull, the inexplicable loss to Birmingham.

Big moments that haven't gone our way.

Where as things like Winks scoring the first worldie of his life to get 3 points not 1 vs QPR.

Coventry and Leicester having 20 shots each 1st game and Leicester getting the rub of the green that day.

Casadei getting a 92nd minute winner in an even game vs Cardiff.

Leicester have had the luck or made the most of small margins whereas we haven't.

We were battering Hull before the sending off, we beat Birmingham 9/10 that day, Stoke don't get a lift if Bamford scores the penalty that day.

It may be Leicester keep getting these rubs of the green or the individual quality they have over everyone else is enough and our inconsistencies and inability to do the same means it ends how it is now.

But it's not over yet.

Leicester have been wobbly far more often than the points suggest according to the fans.

7 of those points came in the first 3 games when we could only draw at home to WBA and Cardiff.
In the 12 games since they are 4 points better, but if you take into account Sheff Wed game and the Bamford pen there is very little in it between us. I do think that Leicester have been getting a fair bit of the run of the green.

Take into account the wba, cardiff sheff weds and brum games, all 4 we should have won, 12 points there, 15 with the penalty at stoke, fine margins that accumulate.
Still plenty time left, but, we simply can't afford to slip on a regular basis like above.

Tbf they've gone from a potential 17 points ahead too 8 in a week.

And from what Leicester fans have been saying they haven't been great for longer, 4,5 games now but they got away with it for a bit.

Now they aren't.

8 point gaps can be overturned with a bad week in this league.

We play first next match it could be 5 before they kick off.
