Stole a draw on a poor night for us. Gnonto walks MOTM... We're now at the limit of injuries. We don't have the 21's we did in the past and we left the squad woefully short in the summer
Very good point

Three games in 6 days means the gaffer has to rotate.Victor_Notts-17 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 8:36 pm Taking Gnonto off for Gelhardt. Stupid just stupid. Gnonto our biggest threat...
We have the point we came for so its game management

Aaronson was the only player in our front 4 with any pace. And he was the only one that went 90+ minutes.
I'll take a draw away from home. Particularly with all the injuries. The injury to Gruev really impacted this match in my view.

Not sure a 10 minute rest will make a massive difference...

I was there that day, I think I still have the bruises from finishing about four rows down from where we were sat.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 8:39 pm Remember when Joffy scored the winner against Norwich. In the premier league no less. Seems a life time ago.

Thought we were the better side overall.
Decent enough performance.
Not sure about playing for a draw with 8 minutes to go (plus injury time) but I can see why he did it.

I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

Well deserved point, had chances but chose wrong options (Bogle shooting when Joseph was the better pass)
Very sloppy at times although the rain drenched pitch didn’t help us or them.

WE didn't lose any pace as Joffy is quick, unfortunately he lacks quality and should have gone long ago

That 10 minutes could have made him more likely to pick up an injury in the game or slowed his recovery rate ahead of Friday. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 8:47 pm Not sure a 10 minute rest will make a massive difference...
Is it worth the risk?

Rothwell was decent. Unlucky not to score the defender just took the pace off the shot when it clipped his heel.
Good experienced head - you need that on the bench rather than untested under 21’s.
