Piroe has been more involved in our last couple of games.
7/10 vs Norwich, imo!
Indeed. I think it is a myth that he doesn't run about. A few times he was deep in our half and obviously he did a great job taking the yellow card. To me he looked dead on his feet near the end of the match - but I think that can happen with players if they suddenly play 90 minutes after getting used to playing 70 and then being subbed.

I've pretended to support a team that's been crap for most of my life as part of a long term plan

Did you post them because there's something wrong with your brain

I feel Rothwell generally puts it into a decent area, after that it is up to the others to get their heads on it. I wouldn't say they are brilliant corners but so much better than not being able to clear the first opposition player.
Yeah, that was my impression of Gruev’s takes from the corner spot last season…always hitting the first opposition player. Just thought it was worth pointing out that he actually put in a decent cross for a change! Who knows if that’s a fluke or luck, but a nicer ball from him relative to what I recall him providing from the spot.
Now if we could only do something with those “better balls”…

Piroe took one for the team, rather than allow the Norwich attacker to have a free run at our backline.
That additional 20 minutes would make a difference, unless you are Aaronson.
