Full speed it looked like he did, maybe a slo-mo may differ. It was closeandrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2025 9:44 pm Haven't seen a clip yet that confirms Meslier saved it. If he did it was brilliant. And overall he had an excellent game.

19-9 on shots. We looked much more dominant than that. And just shows that Coventry always had a chance to score.

Funny how many refs are reaction at this level. Seem to cave in more to the crowd and player protests.

Best performance of the season in context imo.
Happy Cjay
Both goals had good fortune attached but away from home after we scored fully expected us then to sit back, be ultra safe, keep the ball and probably concede then crap ourselves
But that didn't happen
Played with positive mindset, should have scored more.
Very pleased

Great result but so wasteful tonight.
An absolutely unbelievable save by Meslier from the Simms header. Had that gone in it might have changed the whole complexion of the game.
Give all the regulars a rest against Millwall DF.

Should have been more but very good result that. Important to get the three points after the window to settle the nerves.

Based on Meslier probably tipping that chance onto the bar (until I see different), he's getting a 10/10 in the ratings today

Re: Coventry City v Leeds Utd Match Thread
Probably 18 of those very good chances whereas only 2 of theirs were. The 2 saves by Mes were crucial, would have been a travesty if they had scored.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2025 9:47 pm 19-9 on shots. We looked much more dominant than that.
