To be fair, Watford played quite well at times.

With the quality we possess, we were too good for them. as we are in the majority of our games.

We are a cut above the rest of the championship teams.

3-0 first half flattered us somewhat as everything fell for us, deflections, carelessness from Watford players etc.

2nd half was great

A very different approach to normal, a more sit back and counter approach, worked lovely.

Very well organised out of possession and very effective progressing the ball when the opportunity arose.

I like this new approach to away games, hope it continues.

Aaronson did well I felt, really involved and positive, just a shame his arse goes near the box.

James, Solomon and Piroe (I can't be the only one reminded of Viduka)are in great form.

Tanaka and Gruev provided a solid base and the full backs got up and down the pitch well.

Meslier showed he was still alert with a save in the closing stages.

Really good professional 2nd half imo.

What’s going on, this isn’t the Leeds we know and love I’m feeling short changed - no palpitations, no watching through fingers , no gaffes, no goals against us, no shouting myself hoarse at the tv, I’ve even got finger nails left at the end of games. Come on Leeds make a show of it.

I’ve never been slow to be critical of Bogle, but fair play to him he’s been immense in recent weeks.

Jayden is more effective than Luke Ayling & Archie Gray.

And some of our fans were crying when we allowed Cody Drameh to leave Leeds.

The return of Gruev has given him more control in the middle, I think he feels we can afford to be more positive with that protection

Excellent protection in away games.

Brilliant that we are rotating Gruev & Rothwell & resting James & Soloman with 20 minutes to go in games.

Firpo's return has had a massive impact on our attacking threat too. Bogle and Firpo a right handful for anyone.

A much better & balanced squad than last season, difficult to find chinks in our armour right now!

I had to miss the game tonight so just saw the small highlights package.

Herr Farke has the engine well tuned and purring like a kitten.

If we get two points a game from here on in we hit 97.

Three hard games to come and imo if we get through those three unscathed I would be confident of top slot.

Blunts have two games before we play though and have the chance to steal top slot and put the pressure right back on us

Agree Cjay. That goal of Piroe's was outstanding. First, Tanaka produced some absolute magic - he is 'the iceman' on the ball in the final 1/3. Then Piroe's control was superb - defender landed up flat on his backside.

He is like Viduka in that he needs to have players alongside him supplying him the ball. He's not a striker that has this huge workrate, but give him the ball at the right time and he is deadly - either in shooting or laying off.

Great stuff.
Now its all about momentum (and no injuries )
