At 4000-6000 metre we could have broken the chasing pack but we slowed the pace and they got into our slipstream

Yes I do.

To exactly the same extent as I've thought all season which was that it will most likely go the the final game. Too many on here were feeling that promotion was in the bag without understanding that a dip in results was always likely to happen. There's good reasons why clubs who win promotion don't regularly amass over 100 points and that's because it's such a tough and relentless league.

Keep the faith as we're right in the mix and still with an excellent chance of automatic promotion. If that doesn't quite work out then we go again in the play offs where we'd having nothing to fear but fear itself.

Yeah when that gap appeared of 5 & 8 points to 2nd & 3rd or whatever it was I was surprised that we were being called the winners. Utter nonsense at the time.

I still think failing to sign a creative number 10, a left back who can defend , bust mostly a good striker 18 to 20s goals a season type, has cost us dear. 60 to 70s % possession and still failing to win. I keep hoping but play offs looking likely at best now

Yes - I still believe it is more likely than not.

I take positives from the fact we are not losing. We should have one the last two games in an ugly fashion. The biggest drop off off for me currently is the number of chances we are creating.

I think 4 wins and two draws may see us home - but 5 wins would be better.

I would say more of a worry is not getting there but staying there.
All very well going up but the last time we did it we failed miserably to capitalise while teams like Fulham, Bournemouth, etc etc etc continue to thrive.

Piroe and Solomon need to be dropped for the next game - their form recently has been ridiculous. At least James returned back to his earlier in the season form today. A lot of our problems recently have been down to goals drying up from the front players.

I'm not a fan of Piroe anyway - he lacks many of the qualities that a no 9 needs. And his form was dire in the last few games of last season as well. Get rid of him in the summer. I'm not actually convinced that he really wants the club to be promoted - he would be totally out of his depth in the PL, and I'm sure that he knows it.

I never thought that I would call for Bamford to start again - but he may well yet help to save our season.

Aaronson back in at no 10, and then put Gnonto on the left wing. Bamford to start at no 9. Maybe bring Piroe on if Bamford tires.

I think some people are seeing things that I’m clearly not. Entirely possible of course but you’d hardly be filled with confidence. Home form is key and thats shaky at best.

Our front players have got to start producing - and that means changes. Piroe and Solomon out, and maybe use them as impact subs. Or leave Solomon out completely and use Ramazani as the sub on the left wing. Solomon needs a kick up the backside, and leaving him out completely may help do that.

Thank goodness James has hit some form again, as that makes the decisions easier.

For those that think we're bottling it I'd like to remind them that the real must win games have yet to be played and so that's when we'll see whether our players and manager can handle the pressure.
