He should have gone with her, he was the worst of the bad.

If a manager is not responsible for results then no manager should ever get the sack and they all great.

Lets say this again we lost to an U21 team, basically, of a team in termoil, who are at the bottom of a division below

Would our 21's have beaten the West Ham first team squad last season?
Freak occurrences seem to happen at our club on a regular basis, it's the nature of the beast with Leeds United.

Would you have sacked Revie, when we were embarrassed & dumped out of the FA Cup by Colchester in 1971?

Would you have sacked Bielsa after our woeful display & exit by newly promoted to League 2 Crawley Town?

No it's not, several on here & possibly your good self were calling for Farke's head after that Boro' defeat, two games into last season, similarly to what is happening now.

Last season we had the best squad in the league, so no it isn't comparable. Farke's tactics in both Championship seasons was to rely on having better players than everyone else and when that failed he had no response. Couldn't break the low block, endless backwards and sideways passes, throw on as many forward players as possible to "create havoc". It's why the likes of John Eustace and Russell Martin were easily able to get the better of him, as he doesn't have much tactical nous apart from relying on individuals. It's why we fell apart in 23/24, when every team had cottoned onto the "pass to Jimmy and Geo" tactic. Last season we had Solomon to carry us over the line when we were faltering. At Norwich he was entirely reliant on Buendia. He doesn't have the luxury after having better players than everyone else this time around, so how do you suggest we turn it around?

No, but I was angry at Bielsa for not taking it seriously at the time, as we never looked in danger of relegation so had no reason not to try.

Granted, we were fortunate to have the services of Solomon, terrific signing.

Our fans seem to forget our tremendous home record & the memorable games seem to have been conveniently forgotten too. 2024/2025 was one of my favourite seasons in a long time.

Yes, we had the best team & we went on to win the title, accumulating 100 points. No quibble from me on that score!

It may have been, but I'd rather be in the PL 100 times over. I don't want to go back to playing Millwall and Hull, God knows why some fans do. I presume your favourite seasons were the ones under Revie, just like mine were the O'Leary years. We should always strive to be the best possible club we can be, which means being more ruthless and adopting unpopular choices.

The Revie-era with any shadow of doubt.

I count myself extremely lucky to have watched that Leeds United team in the period from 1964 to 1975.

No, but I'm not advocating we sack Farke either

Well it isn’t really realistic this season. Bigger fish to fry currently - Staying up and establishing out prem status.
