I'd get Longstaff off.

Poor all round.

Passive cowardly and slightly naive.

Don't seem to know what to do with the ball or without it.

Much work to do and very fortunate it's only 1.

I'd get Stach on for Longstaff atleast

I’m not. Think they both have their strengths. I’m more in favor of a “go with the hot hand strategy”between them.

Been a while since the last good Longstaff game, the one after Newcastle ...

Exactly

And shouldn't be a surprise as they are statistically the best pressers in the league so

Off ht
He's been horrendous, but you know Farke doesn't normally change things at half time, even when it's obvious it's needed

There was a glaring issue when I asked the question about who to bring on for Stach. But the ensuing display from Longstaff made things pretty clear. Not his day.

I'm hoping Stach is carrying an injury or it's an awful decision to start Longstaff over him in any game.. Longstaff is Stach's back up not the other way round..

Bijol solid but slow and nothing out of defence from him...

Have thought Aaronson has been one of our more dangerous threats so far. Amps has been a little passive, but am wondering if that has to do with compensating for Longstaff.

Feels like DCL needs more support but we also need to be a bit more solid in the middle.

Be tempted by Stach for Tanaka and James for Aaronson.

With them pressing so high defensively they should be susceptible to speed and quick breaks. James might be our best option for that.

Interesting perspectives. I have not been impressed with Tanaka. Still struggling with how quick he is closed down. Some of his distribution, particularly long pass attempts have been really poor.

He would be my swap for Stach, if Stach is fit.

Disappointing start to the game but we’re getting back into it possession wise but creating bu*ger all. An outside chance of a draw but Brighton look dangerous every time they break. Need to change things sooner than later.

The two games we've properly won have been against the bottom two...
