So after reading all the comments a new manager would make no difference as we need to sign an entirely new squad !! Doomed is the word.

That was a total shambles. It is the manager that picks the team and sets out how they play. Going a goal up and capitulating is a total disgrace. What does the manager do when he eventually considers making substitutions - he takes off arguably our best players in Gudmannson and Okafor and brings on Harrison for Gods sake. Then after the match has the nerve to say that he wasn't to be blamed for conceding the penalty. He managed to moan at the ref for giving a free kick which resulted in their second goal but didn't say that the free kick was well in the Forest half and nowhere near our goal.
I'm afraid that he has to go and asap - any dithering from the board will not give a new manager time to sort things out. The downside is who is available that wants to join a relegation fight ?

Wondering what Aaronson said to Longstaff before the free kick that even my dead granny could’ve read.
Was a great caption competition pic if nothing else.
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

What I thought was truly bizarre about that free kick is that both Aaronson and Amps made the same movement for the short ball. It is not as if the movement could create confusion. Add to that the poor delivery and it was all very bizarre. Given our height and danger from the set piece it is hard to fathom.

Stach previously delivered our most consistent set piece and in his absence that duty went to Longstaff. Arguably a case can be made for having Stach in a position to get on the end of a delivery. But if the delivery is poor it completely negates that argument. Longstaff has been inconsistent in the set piece role, why did we not revert back to what was working previously.
