Re: Leeds United v Chelsea Match Thread
I’m secretly hoping the 3-5-2 fails miserably first half. 0-3
Farke reverts to his 4-3-3 and wins 4-3
Cue hilarium.

Personally, I hope when he replaces Nmecha he brings on Gnonto to play off DCL. I think the little and large routine would work better for us. Gnonto looks after the ball better than Nmecha who seems to have that falling over needlessly disease.
Gnonto has been under used big time this season after he recovered from injury.

Reverts? We've barely played 4-3-3 this season. Usually 4-5-1 with the striker isolated

Awful from Esteve as that was a lovely cross to pick him out...

I know moneybags Chelsea have plenty of options but they’ll miss Caicedo tonight, helluva player.

Whatever. The point is in this instance all the “experts” would be wrong. And Farke would have the last laugh. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Wed Dec 03, 2025 7:37 pm Reverts? We've barely played 4-3-3 this season. Usually 4-5-1 with the striker isolated

Let's see how quickly Bijol and Perri wilt under the power of the Chelsea press.
We may be more set up to be direct but those two in particular could find it hard to pick out a decent pass.

Don't think Daniel Farke wanking furiously live on Sky would be funny myself.

Re: Leeds United v Chelsea Match Thread
Happy to see the 5-3-2/3-5-2 tonight with two big lads up front. Would have preferred Piroe playing off DCL and/or space for Gnonto is a real difference maker and one of the few in our team who can score from range. But, by the sounds of it, could be Farke's last match either way?
