Thanks Chili. I filtered them last night - hopefully that solves the problem.
I was as delighted as anyone about being two goals up, so weird to find someone taunting and mocking me about Okafor's goals. Nowt so queer as folk as they say.

Thanks Chili. I filtered them last night - hopefully that solves the problem.

I felt Carrick was very unsporting & it stank of sour grapes to me.The Subhuman wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2026 11:48 am I rate Carrick as a manager, he's turned Manure around this season which is a really tough job. Doesn't mean I like him, as I posted elsewhere it was a strange interview and completely unexpected for me.
I've posted numerous times that I love Farke the man, it's his tactics I have issue with. I used to work with someone who was one of the best people I've met, generous, incredibly friendly, would drop everything to help a friend, would always stop to help a stranger needing help.. But really bad decorator, the amount of times I had to go back over and redo his work.
I can seperate the man from his job..

Incredibly so.... Seemed very out of character so I wonder if something happened before he was interviewed

If it's that much of a stress being on this forum that you have to block / attack people etc., you should bugger off and do something else that is better for your psyche is what i thinkGreennWhite wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2026 9:00 am I think there must be some sort of badge or medal of honor for who blocks the most people![]()
I think it says more about those that do the blocking than those its aimed at![]()

I didn't see the interview. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2026 12:16 pm The only Manure manager to deal with the pressure at the club in 50 odd years is Alex Fergusson, we think Leeds is a pressure job but we've had a few that have dealt with it in that time span, From Revie through Wilko, O'Leary and Bielsa to Farke
Within hours of Carrick losing his job is under threat, this his first defeat at OT, with Nagglesman linked for next season.. As I say I thought the Manure owner looked like he was about to tear his manager a new one last night during the game

But managers moaning or making excuses after a defeat is normal
They all do it.
It's incredibly rare for any manager to just hold their hands up, basically all will deflect to a degree.
I agree on the red as said before, I realise it's in the rules but not for me.
Our 2nd was fine no idea what his issue was, would it have been a shock if the 1st got disallowed because of the challenge by DCL? Not these days.
So yeah.
Whether Carrick gets the Manure job no idea but he's completely turned their season around mid season which is one of the hardest things in football especially at a high pressure club (look how much the Real Madrid manager has struggled).

Who gives a toss what you think ?GreennWhite wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2026 9:00 am I think there must be some sort of badge or medal of honor for who blocks the most people![]()

I do, everyone is entitled to an opinion, it’s called a forum.

Farke's numbers are stronger, no question. The main comparative difference I see is the context of their respective situations. Bielsa picked up a basket case of a squad that was heading no where and turned damn average players in to world beaters. We nearly had Luke Ayling in the England team!malcolmw wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2026 2:11 am Well you could add fuel to the whole damnation of Farke thing by leading people to the stats table that is circulating showing Farke's stats Vs Bielsa for their first 100 games.
Farke wins every one:
games won 57 - 56
games lost 18 - 27
Games drawn 25 - 17
goals for 181 - 161
Goals against 85 - 97
Clean sheets 45 - 40
PPG (Championship) 2.02 - 1.91
I will now sit back and wait for the "Yes, but's.........." to roll in.![]()

Was that opinion or a slur, can a slur be an opinion?

True. Brilliant defence

I had a cunning plan to put to the moderators were everybody blocked everyone else so you could only post messages to yourself and never see what others had said

Several good laxatives on the market I'm told

Yes well most of us just sit in our houses typing angry messages in to an inanimate object.GreennWhite wrote: ↑Tue Apr 14, 2026 3:51 pm I had a cunning plan to put to the moderators were everybody blocked everyone else so you could only post messages to yourself and never see what others had said![]()
