And all this on the Man U game thread! Maybe we need to talk about something else... like whether penguins have knees :duno:

But is Colin Montgomerie not related to you or me?

Maybe there's something to this numerology stuff.
Has someone done the math or are just trusting it to be correct?

Yes, penguins do have knees. Their legs consist of a femur, knee joint, tibia, and fibula, structured similarly to human legs. These knees are located high up, tucked away inside their body cavity and hidden beneath dense feathers, which creates a streamlined shape for swimming and aids in heat preservation.

Exactly.
If a penguin played for Leeds United it could get an injury to its knee.
Originally people thought it couldn’t as it didn’t have knees.

So would it have to wear shin pads, which is a rule? They'd be pretty tiny, I'd imagine. Not sure there's a big market opportunty in penguin shinpads though. :duno:

Interesting.
So they have warm knees but their ankles are fookin' freezing.

Apparently penguins can not only self pleasure but can lick their own ar$eholes clean. Jaydog could be in for an evening of self experiment.

Fat king penguins are unsteady on their feet while waddling compared to their slimmer counterparts

The researchers kept the penguins for 14 days and fasted them during this time, and tested them for their ability to walk on a treadmill at a speed of 1.4km/h before and after their weight loss.

How much do researchers get paid to do these sorts of things? Is any interested in joining me in setting up a research company - first up cats in dodgem cars.

Hhm. Newcastle played in black and white - was Waddle really a penguin but nobody noticed? Then when he went to Spurs did he paint his black bits white?
