Oh so you think the club deliberately put Struyjk at risk too?

Perhaps makes it more likely we will as it would likely put off clubs that were interested in him. It would also likely mean clubs not wanting to pay as much so that makes it less appealing for us to sell.

May have missed the reasoning but 2 weeks ago he was on his way to Lithuania for a hip operation and yesterday he played the full game. Someone somewhere knows a thing or two about fixing hips problems it would seem.

Wonder whether it is an injury that doesn't particularly get worse by playing but where one day it could be painful and the next day okay. Might just be more a clean-up, a bit of scar tissue, bone fragment that needs removing.

Beren has said the future of Pascal is uncertain

12 months left on his deal.

Good age.

Left footed cb which is highly desired by many clubs.

Extensive interest

Sell if we get an offer we can't refuse.

So anything around £30M.

Hope we can successfully replace Pascal should we sell him. :duno:

We have to expect our favourite players are going to be touted after their very good form in the Premier League this season.

We can't afford to lose many!

Yes that's a very good point,.

Possibly sell one, or maybe two at a push of our better players.

Not sure I’d be selling any of our first eleven, unless they want to go or silly money comes in.

In relation to Struijk, left footed CB, tricky to replace. I’d be offering a new deal, with a whopping buy out clause.

Indeed, Kev,

Maybe three or four on the bench if we bring in the quality required.

Why do you spell Struijk including a Y in place of an I?

Pretty sure he would want to stay, so long as the money was right.
Been at Leeds a long time and he plays pretty much every game when fit

Cheap but better than nothing next year I suppose. Just hope we have sell on when they demand £100m from Chelski next summer.

At that price, I can see more sides being interested, so hopefully drive up the price.
