Complete shitshow with tickets for Cussie and the gestapo not allowing me into the North Stand, but here’s evidence that it all worked out in the end
Hey up me old mucker :) .... great photo of you and the lovely Cussie. Looks like you're having a fab time. Glad you were both there to see the fantastic DCL injury time winner. What an atmosphere it must have been.... :scar1

I watched the game after my round of golf - which I may add included my Leeds golf shirt, Leeds United football club cap, my Leeds fairway head covers and my leeds ball marker.
Am I a Leeds United geek or what. But Im safe as nobody here on the quiet west coast of Canada rwcognizes the logo or even name.

So we played a team that was better than us and great form .... and we beat them fair and square.
This squad just keeps amazing me. We had many key players out and those that came in not only stepped up, they played at least as well or better, than those they replaced.
This spirit and team ethic is worth 2 extra players on the field.
Yes Brighton were dominant, but they didnt threaten our goal any more than we did imo.

Its imperative we recruit this summer to preserve and build on this spirit. I have no interest in some prima donna mega stars who will feel they are more important than their colleagues.

Ey up lass. You’re absolutely right, it was a great to experience a game where the result didn’t really matter, but the team turned up as always and fought right to the very end. I’ve only just seen Darlows save on that swerving shot, and DCL running right up to the end. They get what it means to be Leeds.

… and there was Cussie. What a lad he is. Brilliant day all round, just sorry I didn’t get to meet Leon and Kev, but they’ll get over it in time.

DCL v Strand-Larsen

Think we've got a good one tbh. Also seems to 'get' the club and work hard for the club - those defensive clearances of late being very important.

Easy to knock our players but I think they've done fanatastic, even ones who haven't had many minutes, Bornauw, Longstaff etc have played their part in a very good season.
DCL £0
Strand Larsen £50m

Come on everyone. We should be celebrating at least this week. Then the following week we should be all starting the arguments about potential signings and continue for the next 3 months, all the while bagging the recruitment department, the owners and DF.
Cjay and others, you should wear the ‘pile ons’ as a badge of honour … the forum is a place to have your say and for others to have theirs. Personally, I really hate some of your criticism of DCL as I feel it is unjust. That doesn’t mean that I hate you or don’t think you have a right to your opinion. But equally, I have a right to say that I think you’re being overly critical.

What a fantastic ending to our home season, the game was looking like finishing in another drab, disappointing 0-0 and then bang, bedlam in the stands & on the pitch. Hats off to those who stepped in for injuries & DCL for the cool finish.
As usual I had a ticket issue and just got into ground with a few minutes to spare so no time to get a good chat with the lads but a big shoutout to the ticket office staff who moved heaven & earth to sort the problem & the manager who even walked me to the turnstile to make sure the ticket worked 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
A massive thanks to Orange Box and his lovely wife for a cracking weekend and they even treated me to fish & chips at the famous Murgatroyds before dropping me at the airport.❤️❤️

Well well a nice derogatory classification of folks who oppose your opinions. I would say you have your own clique of followers who rush to your defence, and promolgate many of your "broken biscuit" ideas... new users would most likely be put off if the only comments they ever read were the ones you posted, and there was no pushback.

And far from being offputting a bit of "drama" usually peaks interest insted of subdues it, they want to see how the soap opera develops.

Will Cjay's dire predictions come true and if they do, how will he, and the other members react to his prophecies.

In essence you tried to paint Farke as a Failure not able to succeed in the premiership and lots of people took exception to that point of view and said so, and now you play the classic victimhood card and cry pile on.

I for one am not buying it .

I for one think you should note I never said anything at first

Others did.

So perhaps retract your "classic victimhood card and cry pile on" statement.

As it is totally inaccurate.

Perhaps the fact you felt the need to respond to the specific part you did means you see yourself in that part :duno:
