I don't see Raphinha in the list. But if the poll is who should win or who will win, then they're completely different answers.
I can't see past FIFA giving Messi getting one last award of it, as a consolation for his WC final.
However in a fair world, you'd think Rodri as the winning WC captain would be a more apt decision.

I pay no attention to it these days, it has become too politicised in recent years.
Messi should be nowhere near the best player in the world at 39, the fact he has been nominated again is a bit of a joke for me.
Raph is the most inform player currently.
The player I have most enjoyed watching in the last 12 months is Olise.
