Always a problem with any new candidate especially as Bates doesn't exactly take a back seat

Is Warnock a YES man ? he did handle the previous regime Eccleston & his cronies with alot of dignity whilst working under them

He's total tat. The model for Blackwell and to a lesser extent Larry. He's a live for today manager who builds a team for the moment with absolutely no long term plan. He has more money than the likes of Rogers and Lambert and appears to be failing. Anyone who is prepared to sign Barton must never set foot inside ER. We are better than that. He would of course make a superb pundit.
