Beckford was with us in League One,what has he done since then? went to a prem side, they got rid, now in our division and they seem to want to get rid
Oh ffs, Everton got rid cos they needed money and he went to Leicester cos Bates wouldnt sign him back at Leeds. He is not happy at Leicester because he wants to come back to us.
I left my job cos I wanted summat different, but that hasnt happened, and would give anything now to go back to it. It happens in life.

Oh right he only went to Leicester because of bates ha ha ha. Right he's told you this has he? ha ha ha
Give over Jo. Beckford left for money and he will only return if the money is right. He can f*ck right off.
I'm going back to 505, I saw them at Sheffield and they were amazing.

Tis funny BB - no one is allowed to say anything bad about Becchio and yet you feel its ok to slag Beckford off.
What's funny Jo is that people slag Becchio off, he is our player, he scores goals for us, he is our highest scorer, who is Beckford? oh yeah a player we once had .....................

So, doesnt mean to say he couldnt do a job for us again. Securing promotion is our aim and if Beckford could help us achieve that then as far as Im concerned that will do.

Why look back? Beckford is in our past, leave him there and look forward

With whom? According to people who were listening to the game Varney went missing, so did Rudolph, McCormack didnt really do owt - infact over the past three games, nobody has really been outstanding except for Paddy Kenny.

tell me...Becchio gets 25 goals this season and that gets him a chance to play in the prem...he goes but doesn't succeed. would you have him back ?
Ah but that would be different cos its Becchio and she is BB and what she says is right apparently.
Think some need to get off Beckfords back..he doesnt owe us anything he scored a V important goal..remember?would we definitely be out of the 3rd Div by now if not for him? ...think on

Ask me that after he's scored 25 and given the chance to play in the Prem I support anyone in the Leeds shirt

Beccho will never get that chance - he cant stay on his feet long enough - although then again having thought about it, he could be a good replacement for Ashley Young at scum.
JB seems to inspire almost as much debate on here as Ken Bates - Saviour or c@unt My own view is that a focused, on-fire JB would be an asset to our side, the lazy petulant JB would be a passenger. Having said that, if he did come, I couldn't see Warnock tolerating any huffing. It's probably a moot point as we can't afford to buy him and, unless the crisps front up most of his wages, we can't afford to loan him either.

If he wants to come to Leeds let him take the significant pay-cut to play with us - that will prove that he wants to be here and isn't just in it for the money.
I love the days where players would give their right legs for Leeds (see sig) but alas, a struggling championship doesn't have the same pull. We were a league 1 side when the Prem came knocking for Beckford, before leaving he helped us achieve promotion, and he joined a strong Prem team. He did quite well, then the Prem team sold him to super Sven and his megabucks squad at the Leicester revival. It failed and the new manager doesn't see eye-to-eye with Beckford.
If he comes back, there is no doubt that he would do well for us; if he was interested and passionate.

JB is the only player we've had able to play off LB....c'mon home JB
"A mind is like a parachute, it doesn't work if it's not open"
JB has always been lazy, always been dis-interested but he always seems to be in the right place at the right time to score. He's lazy because all he does is sit on the last defender. But that works to his advantage as his pace will get him past that last defender in most cases. We loved him at times, we hated him at times, but i can guarantee that he could be in any team of this division and he would constantly score goals. He's not worth the money he is on, no championship player is. And most managers wouldn't want him becuase of his lazy side. But a manager who would take a risk on him, who wouldn't mind as much about his lazyness, would always see a return in goals. Love him or hate him, that's just the way JB is.For the record, i would have him back, but on a lot less money he is on at Leicester. MOT
