Its my Opinion But at LB Drury is poor White is poor and Pelts is poor!

I would pick Drury because he is more Natural there.
I wouldn't pick Pelts at LB because he Does not look comfortable, Out of position, Tackles with wrong foot, Doesn't seem to offer an attacking threat Just my opinion though.
White wouldn't get picked because apart from PACE he has nothing the goal against Everton isnt enough for me his ball control is poor he cant look up and pick a pass and he gives the ball away too much.

The only Bad thing i could say about Drury from what little game time he has had is that he doesn't have much pace i mean surly if you were playing us you would attack Pelts?? as the weak link? :duno:

If I was going to say one thing in Pelts favour though, he isn't going to get much support defensively from thomas as he is very much an attacking player with low defensive attributes.. Whereas 'as great as byram has been' he is likely to get support from green on the other flank as he has decent defensive attributes and has played right back before.

Just a little food for thought :|

Its a fair comment anyone who has played right back against a good quick winger knows how hard it is to defend without support from the lad in front of you. He's still not good enough though.

Paul Green was warnobs best signing.

I agree mate but just not sure why that makes an argument for pelts or for Drury TBH unless your just talking pace in which case IM faster faster than Drury and left footed

Think we all agree a left back is a must in Jan!

Somma on, quite suprising that mccormack's been overlooked. Wouldn't put it past him to grab a winner though ;)

Even if he's only scoring 12-15 goals in a season the work he does holding the ball up is second to none. Yes ye falls over a lot but that can often benefit the team. Drogba won chelsea the european cup by falling over lol..

Nearly had a heart attack listening to the game towards the end lol.

Still think we need more quality in central midfield though. Someone who can really pass the ball around and dictate the game.

Do you not think Green would play well there?
