No better time for Halme to come in, I’m sure this was flagged last week that Pontus was out, so the kid will have had time to train and settle in as best he can.

The hope would be that he doesn't really have much adjusting to do with the youth sides playing the same way as the first team so in theory despite it being different players around him they should be playing the same way as those around him for the U23s.

Exactly, he knows the system, but I’m sure training alongside Cooper the past week will help him settle in, only worry is that we have a raw goalkeeper in there too. But that’s sport, one mans misfortune is another’s opportunity, let’s hope they take it

In some ways having a new keeper there might help him as he will have likely played more times in front of either of the 2 youngsters than he would have in front of BPF so there may a bit of understanding. I think Halme has trained quite a few times with the first team too as well as playing first team football prior to coming here so will be used to more competitive football than U23 level.

Playing OK so far but Dallas and alioski have been really poor. Alioski in particular adds nothing.

Not done too bad but same as all the recent games, pass pass pass alongbwmthe back line, wait for their defence to get organized, hoof it forward and have no idea how to break the defence down
