One swallow does not make a summer Chilli

I was in the majority rating him highly v the baggies because he had a terrific game

He may not be one my favourites but always I've tried to defend Paddy during his bad period, enough is enough now his performance & feeble missed chances v Preston was the final straw for me.

No it doesn't but he's gone from a 9.5 performance to being "one of our worst ever strikers" in this space of 3 weeks.
I totally agree with him being dropped by the way.
Eddie should have started at Preston.

Like I said he had one excellent game even though he didn't score. Many of our players have put in poor performances over the years excelling now & again because they are so inconsistent, that's why they play in the championship & the lower leagues

The thing with that West Brom performance was that while he didnt score, he put himself about, he was aggressive, he closed down, he led the line, he provided continuity to our attacks. It was all you could wish for from your centre forward, other than a goal itself.

Whereas on Tuesday there was none of that all. He missed a couple of chances and then he's head dropped completely and he offered absolutely nothing.

Hence my rating of 3/10 Gurj, I think that was too high tbh

Both Saturday and Tuesday he looked as though he was hardly interested, body language was all wrong, looks like a man at the lowest point of any form of confidence, really needs to be dropped now.

Absolutely has to be dropped. Its one thing believing that he will come good but in the meantime its actually cruel putting him through this now and Bielsa should realise it. I think PB would totally understand and may even prefer to be dropped to clear his head, with banging it up that brick wall for so long it must be rattling inside there now !

For he's own good as well as the team's, yes Gessa. The fans have backed him to date but I fear things will change rapidly if he continues to start to and just go through the motions like he did on Tuesday night.

Having watched highlights, Ben White has the best chance of the whole game.

Should have buried that.

And maybe should have blocked the cross for their goal, went through his legs I think
