It's games like this I'm glad I am a member of a forum so I can grieve at the performance collectively with other members.

Championship team out there today without White & HernandezWhite Riot wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 3:43 pm I don't accept Brighton are a good team, we've handed them two wins this season with inept performances
Llorente for Cooper the only difference!

On reflection I think Brighton were always gonna be up for both Leeds games. Potter took some real flack from Leeds supporters when he refused to let Ben White join permanently. I remember writing on this very forum that 'Potter won't get the best out of White, Bielsa made him the player he is and he'll fail miserably under Potter.'
I know a lot of fans wrote similar derogatory remarks about Potter, Brighton and White.
He's got his own back ain't he?

Well summed up mate, some baffling selections today. Hopefully Bielsa sees the evidence the same as we see it and Orta can get our squad sorted out. We had a lot of passengers out there today.Boo Radley wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 4:24 pm Bielsa has to take a big share of the blame for that debacle today. On what basis could you start Klich, he’s looked jaded after 10 minutes as a sub recently, and then compound the error by moving Dallas wide to accommodate him. He’s a beaten docket - I’d love for it to be otherwise but he’s gone. Persisting with Roberts for 90 minutes was just bizarre. The tin hat was taking off Llorente for Pablo, instead of Roberts, and Brighton said thank you very much.
It’s a wake up call for how much squad strengthening is required in the months ahead.

We're always going to struggle with a midfield of Klich & Roberts at this level.DDB220 wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 4:09 pm Some really dire performances- Klich second touch was always a tackle. Roberts similarly was too slow and indecisive in possession. Harrison has put his club foot on today. Why was he repeatedly launching high balls into their box which went beyond the far post ? He can be sublime and inept in equal measure. His body language indicates he is struggling mentally. He has really lost form since Christmas.
I can’t bring myself to comment on Alioski. I will be very surprised if we see him again in the team.

Agree JohnJohn in Louisiana wrote: ↑Sat May 01, 2021 4:05 pm Rodrigo was not the problem today. Can't draw any conclusions about his value from today's game.
I still expect good things from him.
