Idiotic challenges in the penalty box have cost us 3 points never mind 1. We gave them all 3 goals and pay the price once again. When are they going to understand the art of defending. Stay on your feet, shepherd them away but FFS don't go waving a foot straight through the fooking attacker in the penalty area and certainly don't go sliding in like a raving lunatic ! Attackers are waiting for senseless challenges all the time and boy do we f**king oblige ! Win the ball back as quickly as possible but FFS use your common sense and be cleverer than the opposition. The way we were flying into tackles like headless chickens is absolutely crazy and makes the referees decision so much easier and it's cost us big time today. That's about 16 points dropped from a winning position which is just not good enough.

I feel sorry for Gelhardt - he has a superb debut, and is then promptly dropped for the next matches. He then comes on and scores his first PL goal with his first touch, and his moment of glory is ruined by stupidity from a team mate. This is what happens when you hold on to your favourites after they have reached their sell by date. .

The thing is we don't play like that week in week out. There's no consistency hence where we are at the moment, and having to rely on other sides to do us a favour. It was a good performance, but bad luck, if onlys, misfortune, planets not aligned mean nothing, if we lose.

All sides rely on other teams to do them a favour. Liverpool will have been hoping for a Leeds win today, Man city will have been hoping for a Villa and Leeds win, Chelsea hoping for a Villa and wolves win. If we were up in third place, we'd still be relying on other teams results to hand us the title. Its the same throughout the league. Whatever position you are in, you want the teams around you to lose.

You could argue when Raph was through he should have squared it for an easy Roberts finish. He was onside despite the flag. It is always small margins. Gelhardt gets a great goal following an excellent build up. We played really well. We made Chelsea look average. The only downside is we came away with nothing.
Sometimes it is worth concentrating on the positives - it is not being happy clappy, just subjective. Best we have played all season considering the opposition.

Crazy I know but I'm sure I would feel a lot better right now if we'd played badly and lost 2-0. It's the GIFTING of the Three points that's gutting, we should have got something from that game

Like Phil Collins said against all odds we should have got a draw minimum today. Chelski got out of jail with our mistakes, i'm proud of that performance personally i thought the lads were fking excellent for the most part tonight. You should judge your opponent on the day, today Chelsea were there for the taking, we gifted them a win.

This squad needs a good raking out, which should have started last summer, but didn't, hence we're in our current pickle.

Result is a bitch. Great performance. Klich added nothing when he came on and made a stupid tackle in the penalty area.
Forshaw outstanding and Firpo had his best game for Leeds, I take it back - albeit wasn’t tested so much defensively as Harrison kept James quiet. Will keep my powder dry on that one.

Roberts great assist and very good game.

Yeah we were unlucky and didn’t deserve to lose, but it is what it is. Klich will get pelters no doubt on social media. I couldn’t understand the substitution when it happened as I thought Shacks was doing well.

Yep, what's the story with Lewis Bate?
A very proud performance, but threw the result away with three daft and very avoidable errors, we can't keep giving teams a leg up.
I'm praying he'll start Bate and Gelhardt and get John Swift in January, if that happens then we'll start moving up the table.
Otherwise it's gonna be a long season.

You're absolutely right Cjay, we got nothing and that's all that matters - crying over what might have been won't change that, slaughtering the players and management to make ourselves feel better won't change that, so we'll just have to move on.
