UTD even though by their standard are playing poor football. But they will relish coming to us next week to get 3 or 4 past us

We suit them down to the ground.Scoobychief wrote: ↑Sat Feb 12, 2022 4:49 pm UTD even though by their standard are playing poor football. But they will relish coming to us next week to get 3 or 4 past us
Far better individuals against a team going man for man is mental.
They will see what Everton have done and do exactly the same, but they have better players than Everton who have better payers than us.
If teams match our running we dont have much else

You’re all miserable sods. It’s your negativity that’s caused this defeat. How dare you criticise any Leeds player. We’ll be in Europe next season and the messiah will take us there. We only need a squad of 10 players. And the Americans will move the 49ers to play all their home games at Hunslet.

It's crazy using the same tactics every game and hoping for a different result

Even the happy clappers will have a hard time justifying this one!Orange Box wrote: ↑Sat Feb 12, 2022 4:54 pm You’re all miserable sods. It’s your negativity that’s caused this defeat. Absolutely disgusted with that performance we are going to be extemely lucky if we dont go down now. Either way it’s delaying the inevitable with these owners we are going nowhere else.

Dreadful.
Lampard totally exploited Bielsa's tactics with ease.
Knew to play a front 2 so that we would play a back 3 which would leave the midfield open with 2 ageing players trying to cover the gaps in Rodrigo and Klich.
Knew that playing a front 2 would make it difficult for us to build from the back which meant we were more likely to dally on the ball so there press would have more chance to be effective.
Knew that the key to exploiting our system and the spaces you can create is movement and to match our running, do that and we dont have much else.
Lampard got it spot on today and Bielsa's predictability was a major downfall today, even his subs were predictable and changed nothing, Forshaw and Roberts were awful.
Our passing was dire and careless, no creativity, the players looked tired (including Raph and i strongly suspect he isnt fit).
Just really really awful and for all the praise he has gotten here his style and tactics is very predictable and it showed today.
we concede far to many goals (2 or more in 12 games in the league this season) we cant defend set pieces which again is inexcusable given he has been here so long and the lack of depth in this squad is again on him as in January he refused to budge and today i thought Van De Beek was immense, absolute class.
He has gotten so much praise and deservedly so but questions are starting to be asked imo for a number of reasons.
I really do worry this season, we have no depth, no flexibility, no alternative plan, its a very worrying time and papering over the craks against Villa and West Ham maybe has hidden that somewhat
I know some of our fans will say yeah but injuries or trust Bielsa but today was so so so bad, what do we think Spurs, Manure and Liverpoor will do to us? They will exploit the system even easier than Everton

Marsch OUT
Football has undergone a process of bielsification; pressing and possessing, passing rather than dribbling, intercepting high up the field rather than making last-ditch tackles, are in vogue.
Marcelo Bielsa. The light that will never go out.

Poorest we have played since Arsenal.
We were awful from the off and Roberts coming on made us worse. Why he keeps playing him at 9 when he has the same scoring percentage as Ayling is head scratching to say the least.

It's so boring and predictable from bielsa everywhere same team and same subs ie forshaw and Roberts.. small squad no quality in the team apart from about 3 players. Round pegs Square holes blar blar blar. We are now losing to teams below us and after these 3 games coming up which look like 0 points it's looking grim
