Yes you throw Joffy on and pray something like that happens, but as for it being a huge tactical ploy that worked, give me a break.

It's a last minute gamble that worked.

There shouldn't even have had to be any last minute gamble the mans a fcking loonball.
If you're talking about me, I was joking when I said tactical genius sub. I thought it was obvious tbh, I guess not....

Missed last half hour. Was surprised he subbed PB at half time. With 15 mins recovery he should have had another 15-20 mins. It was working well until he tinkered and then went for safety. We defend by attacking - thus playing in their half and recycling. We are awful at trying to park the bus and playing the percentages. The crowd becomes nervous and that migrates to the players like a plague.

First sub should be Joffy. How often has he got on the pitch when we are on top or in the ascendency rather than trying to salvage something.

You don't stick a Koch on when the midfield's just looking like it's working, you keep going for the throat and perhaps shore up after 85mins ( Bert wouldn't). It totally unbalanced us all over the place, and the Koch has to get into a vital role straight away.

I hope to fck it was forced, and even so was wrong sub.

We played really well in the first half. They followed Jesse's plan to a 'T' and only some poor finishing (Not much Jesse can do about that) prevented us being 2 or 3 up at the half.
The second half was more even and Norwich looked like they might get something out of the game. We seemed to lose a bit when Rodrigo went off and depression set in when Norwich scored in injury time. Fortunately Jesse made an inspired and brilliant substitution and we immediately regained the lead and we took an extremely important 3 points from the game.
Still not sure we will survive but we took a giant step today towards that goal.
Don't think we would have won today with Bielsa in charge. Roberts would not have been able to stick the winner away due to his plaster cast impeding him.

I didn’t see a sulk or look of disappointment on Rodrigo’s face at all when subbed. Was he carrying a slight injury?
A game of 2 halves for JM, in fairness his selection destroyed Norwich first half. 4 nil wouldn’t of flattered them at all.
2nd half was a load of Koch and panic set in. But that Rapha/JG goal, oh to be at ER today
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

Their CD ,Gibson is gonna take some flak for giving Joffy a free header to set up the goal.
Awful defending ,But well done Joffy for the header to Raph.

Hope not! We've already lost enough players to injuries. That break can't come soon enough!

You're right , now we have to carry the first half performance into the wolves game.

I think the most important thing was that we got the result. It's never pretty in a dog fight and it's not over by a long stretch but we won and just as importantly the heads didn't go down when they scored so late on. We better get used to this because we're not going to get quality football and the right results at the same time. I'll take a regular trip to casualty after each remaining game as long as we stay up. Then hopefully can regroup and go again next season and see what JM has to offer.

The main thing is JM reacted to the disappointment of Norwich scoring and got on with managing....credit where it's due and Joffy duly obliged.

I'm torn on Gelhardt. I want to see him play more, but he seems to be at his best when he has one chance at the end of the game.

True. How many of us thought we'd draw or maybe even go on to lose that game? Especially with confidence at its lowest and a poor run of form.

I did absolutely. It would've been typical Leeds but we showed a fighting spirit and got what we deserved today although it should've been all over at HT.
