This is what started it for me today. The state of our country at the minute and it took three enforcement officers to fine a woman £150 for pouring the end of her cup of coffee down a drain. I wonder where the same officers are when people are pi**ing and vomiting down the same drains at 1 o’clock in the morning.

Our last 6 months have cost £345 from £200 the previous year. 2 people. And they pay ridiculous bonuses. It’s basically to pay the fines for what you suggest plus wastage but they dress it up as modernisation. And why should I pay for that anyway

Dogs are life saver JD, our nutjob certainly does wonders for my mental health.
