Darlow 6 - good as a sweeper keeper but one error in judgement very nearly cost us.

Darlow - 7 - I feel so much more comfortable with him in net. Not a ton to do, but felt assured by everything he did.
Bogle - 6 - I thought he had an off game and am wondering if he’s suffering from a knock. Perhaps it was the getting used to Justin as RCB, but Bogle was slightly off in this one.
Gudmundsson - 8 -thought Guds put in a tremendous shift. Wilson was silenced in every duel.
Ampadu - 8.5 - his crossed assist was merely the cherry on top of an awesome performance. MOTM.
Justin - 7.5 - put in a SHIFT. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Justin as I wasn’t expecting much based on his early appearances.
Rodon - 7.5 - Solid job at the back. Nothing spectacular, but the clean sheet speaks for itself
Struijk - 7.5 - see Rodon. Think others were a bit harsh on him on the match thread. For what we have had, he’s the best LCB this club has had in ages.
Gruev - 7 - put in a SHIFT! And I’m not Gruev’s biggest fan (preferring Tanaka), but he had more ball progression and advanced forward movement than I was expecting. This along with a stout defense of the middle of the park. Not too shabby.
Aaronson - 7.5 - Was on an island all match with no outlet. Put in a SHIFT. Needed to get his chance on goal which would have gotten him a higher rating.
DCL - 7.5 - Similar to Aaronson, was on an island for most of the match. Became more alive when Nmecha came on which came at the right time.
Okafor - 5.5 - I feel like Farke likes to play him due to his physical presence over Willy, but he needs more space to operate and do his thing, which isn’t available until later in matches. But suspect Farke doesn’t trust Willy defensively. Maybe Buonanote is the right fit as a starter?

Gnonto - 6.5 - not bad. His attempted shot at the top of the box was a bit selfish as he had Guds open out wide on the left…and the blocked shot sprung a counter for Fulham. Did look a touch more dangerous than Okafor.
Tanaka - 6.5 - some involvement. Not surprised that our goal came from him being on the field as we tend to better progress offensively when he’s on the field.
Nmecha - 7 - his first three touches were shocking, and would’ve got him a 4/4.5 rating, but then he got hot, just at the right time. What a goall!!!
