Far too soon to be suggesting a change but if Gnonto can build on his performance from last night then he could put real pressure on Bogle.

Correct, we are only judging on a small scale.

Everything Gnonto gave us defensively & offensively was so much more productive, efficient & exciting than Bogle provided.

I personally have believed for some time that Bogle is one of our weaker links in our first XI.

Got to be Bogle, Willy is my favourite player to watch but he's not there yet with defensive placement/positioning and understanding.

I'd start Willy over Wilson though, we weaken ourselves not playing Gnonto imo, have done for a couple of seasons.

I’m with SH on this, Willy has some defensive nous to pick up before he could claim the spot.

Bogle has a nasty dark arts edge to his game, a bit of Klichian s**t-housery, which is hard to learn.

It’s necessary in the PL.

Although Gnonto did a decent job last night I think Bogle is the more accomplished defender.

I agree but was very pleased with Gnonto last night

I like Willy, but at right wing back every opposition team would target him.

In time Gnonto: I mentioned last season that he should be trained as a RWB if that is going to be our preferred method of width. Same with Okafor on the left. I doubt James would be able to adapt at his readiliy/easily at his age. I believe James should look for another club...

Like they often target Bogle, who got skinned twice last night.

Gnonto's defending was excellent against a quality scum team, he has certainly upped that part of his game, which I'm sure Farke would have noted after our coaches have obviously worked on Willy defensive duties.

Not judging by Gnonto's performance yesterday! Bogle is a terrible defender...

James nearly always back tracks when he is playing as a winger, Gnonto rarely. As to who could play as a RWB lets see

Yea, I have always thought Bogle was in the side based on his offensive work as I think he's not great at defending against a tricky winger.

But Gnonto is a much much better player, has more skill and is young enough to train as an attacking RWB. He has already been training in that position as shown by his performance yesterday. I have never rated James. He has terrific pace but is lacking in skill, only crosses well 40% of the time and his finishing is only half good. Gnonto is miles ahead of James...

Bogle.

He's not a great defender but that was a very small sample size for Willy Gnonto.

He did very well but he should be played in his natural role.
