He's obviously asking our players to try and play, but they don't seem to have a clue as to what and how

Adams is the only quality player out there. Rest are hit or miss only.

Error after error after error and everyone of them tends to get punished with a goal. Can’t blame Marsch for that these players are just not focused and look like headless chickens in defence - West Ham got their confidence back now as well.
