Aaronson and Struijk both in position to exectute and stop the goal, but neither do. Particularly egregious from Struijk, whose just treading water and backing off the whole time till Bailey finally pulls the trigger.

I think Villa are happy to soak it up. Hit us on the break. Time waste as much as possible. It’s like a script. Still worry about our defence as they haven’t had much to do.
Definitely not a pen or a goal. Defender doesn’t put a foot in and it’s clearly offside but very good from Rodrigo & Ayling (?) regardless

I have been watching Roca - he is a weak link for us if he keeps playing like this. He had a great chance from that initial corner we conceded subsequently from. But it his his defensive movements - he goes running out from midfield towards a player in possession, completely sells himself gets no where near the ball gets bypassed and is then 20 yards our of position as they move forward. He has done it at least 3 times.
Passing is not great either but he really needs to show more intelligence.

Well that half sums up what being a Leeds fan is all about. Absolutely bossed it , goal-line clearances, worldy saves from their keeper , goal ruled out for offside, they have one shot and lead 1-0 at HT. FKN UNBELIEVABLE !!

Think Aaronson has looked lively tbf and Gnonto, Rodrigo had some decent moments and Roca and Adams doing ok (all be it far from convinced on Roca)

I don't think he's a good fit for that defensive pivot role. Game seems to bypass him, there's a player there though. Get Gyabi on and ...oh wait

My thoughts too. All the game has been in their half. Poor recovery from that corner to concede the goal.

Two good penalty shouts. Miracle save from Marinez. Rodrigo denied by a last ditch clearance. Very close denial by offside.
