So he plays Gnonto and now the narrative moves to another so called underused player...

Rasmus at lwb is a surprise for me.
If Firpo is out Id have thought Struijk may have been drafted in
Interesting.

That's exactly the team i would go with with the players available, and he's privy to knowing through training who can adapt to LB, it's looking like Rasmus.

The 2 worse defences in the league . This could be fun.
We have to go for the jugular so good to see that team.

No matter how they line up we don't have the pace to contain Bournemouth forwards, they proved at ER they can take us apart very easily so our only hope is that their defence have a 'Wolves day' and our forwards are on fire and generally their whole team are already on the beach

He's played there before.
At least if we need 4 CBs we are sorted.

Rasmus started as a left back to be fair... He's really only ever played right back under Marsch

And they say - " But we started shipping goals ".....the idiots can't even see why that happened fer christs sake !!!

We are so lucky, on this forum, to have a person of superior intelligence with a magnificent footballing brain such as yourself to call on Ken!

Perhaps you would be kind enough to inform us “idiots” exactly why we did, in fact, only win 5 games all season and suffered 4 very heavy defeats in a row shipping 17 goals in the process up to the end of Bielsa’s tenure. I’m sure it would be useful for us dullards to be given a lesson from you the master!
[/quote]

Yes you are.

No problem at all and i'm pleased to help you.

We had a torrid season of injuries and suspensions to key members of the cogs that make the team play exceptional football,he had to try and find players that weren't his first, second or third choices sometimes in positions that weren't their natural ones.

You could say it's very similar to Liverpools current season but ours was way way worse, and they've got far better players, i don't think he was ever able to field his first choice team twice running, and that's about it in a nutshell. He was also hampered by the squad of players he inherited that just weren't grasping Bertball, to get to that squad of 22 Bertified players would've taken a few years, probably a good few years more with Orta trying to find them, he got rid of about 20 players i think, but would've probably gotten rid of most given time.

Glad i could help

Glad to see Summerville and Gnonto starting.

I hope it sees Summerville right Harrison left and Willy with Bamford.

Don't want to see Harrison shoehorned in to the middle.

Another show of faith in Bamford (Gracia seems to have Bielsa syndrome there).

Kristensen at left back is a worry, the only reason I may work is Dango Ouattara is left footed so it may suit Kristensen if he plays on there left as he will cut inside onto his stronger side.

Solanke vs Cooper and Koch is a worry, he's bigger, stronger and faster than them.

Hopefully Roca and McKennie step up for a whole match for a change
Signed

It's our only hope BG, we have to go out all guns blazing, if i were a betting man (i am) i'd be lumping on more than 3 goals here.

Hopefully we don’t get out to a 1-3 score like last time as I can’t see this team being able to make a come back like last time and win 4-3.

I hope so.

It's whether they're fit enough and good enough for it.

I agree, but if anybody can come back from a potential career ending injury and play at his old level it's Dallas... Still not expecting it.

If that's true he should be the most able to adapt, i hope to fck that means he's realised how shite Firpo is.
