It was mentioned last night that at christmas last year many of the teams in the playoffs droppedout of contention, though the top two remained the same. All is not lost.

Isn’t that a bad stat for us though Sean, i.e we could drop out of the play offs but won’t make the top two ?

Apologies if I’m misreading what you’re saying.

Not lost by a long chalk Sean, we'll be in the play offs, and as long as Soton aren't in them, we'll be alreet, especially with 2 additions.

Funny game. Thought we started really well but it just seemed to fall in a heap a little. Massively influenced by the ref mind you. Should be stood down for a few games and forced to make an apology to Farke

It's not anything that other teams aren't doing to us... If one team sees Refs letting them get away with dirty play against Leeds then all teams will attempt it.

We're getting easier to play against, close down the two wingers ,put 2 men on Rutter and that's it we are contained.
We can't score from set pieces and have no creative midfield ,our best chance is catching the other team on the break and if they score first that won't happen either.
Hate to be negative but the more I watch us it's play offs at best and we all know how that will go.

No it wasn't

There are good points I made, why LUFC bored me out of my skull as they have in our previous one goal deficit defeats this season.

We could have played all night & we wouldn't have scored.

Other teams with less quality have a structure & know how to win games, sadly we don't.

I'm embarrassed & ashamed of them this morning

I'm despairing with Leeds United, they are bringing the worst out of me.

Other championship clubs are scoring for fun, thank god, our centre-backs seem to do their job every game.

Farke & his players need to take a long hard look at themselves this morning.

I'm ashamed of them, I'm not the only one, I know three season-ticket holders (two of them who go to every away game) are not attending the Birmingham home game.
Why are they not attending, have they got other commitments ? I don't believe they'll not otherwise.

There are not many teams who could have scored in that second half. There was no space at all for our flair players and when that’s all we have to create chances it was always going to fail - had we a pablo type player it could of been a different story. The rule is clear, away from home we must score the first goal

Yes, they were 5-4-1 if not 6-3-1 if not 6-4.

Started with a great tempo unlike a lot of our poor lethargic I can’t really be arsed ooooh I’m tired away games. Obviously Farke knows the value of the first goal or at least he did last night. And we might well have had it if it wasn’t for that useless twat with a whistle. Once they got their somewhat gift of a goal everyone on here knew what would happen. Turn the tv off, put your shirt in the cupboard and you can guarantee the score.

I didn't see any chaos.

Must've missed that bit.

One has commitments.

The other two put in much of their time, expense & effort travelling up & down the country watching dross, perhaps they need a breather!

I don't blame them.

Easy to sit in your armchair & be critical. I was offered tickets for our last few aways, had I attended last night, I wouldn't have arrived home until gone 2.30pm after a fifteen hours day.

Can't do it any more at my age, I'm far too busy!
