Yeah you can see some sort of logic in terms of ffp etc with them leavingon loan but like you say it is staggering to do it in the last year of a contract. No doubt if we don't go up the players who left on loan this season can continue to leave on loan next year and could ismply wind their contracts down and leave for free if we continued to not get promoted.

I was very disappointed in Koch given that it seemed he was a player Bielsa was keen on. Always seemed very average and didn't progress. Seemed to me he had the ability but didn't have a footballing brain to go with it.

We were going to lose him anyway. Koch wasn't signing a contract extension with us, so any money we got from a loan deal was a bonus.

I am sure I have heard that it keeps rolling. It would make sense (well comparitive sense if you get my drift) for it to roll on as we'd start getting less from the parachute payments so would be in more need to get rid of their wages if we didn't get promoted.

good point with the other ones on loan this season - to lose JH for nothing etc. would be a total disaster

It's already been agreed, that if we don't go up, Roca's loan will be extended. So I imagine it'd be the same for everyone. Except Sini who has a permanent option in place.

Am i right in thinking we're doing hunky dory atm getting other clubs to pay most of our highest earners whilst we reap £millions in chute payments and get our house in order, we could be a helluva lot worse off paying all those out on loan atm their weekly wage.
