Proud of the lads.

We didn't want extra time and now let Leicester blow themselves out in the FA Cup.

Kept away from chat during the game. Considering the team we put out that was a great performance- they did us proud tonight.
A fit Geo would have had a field day down the middle. That Chelsea team for the money they have spent is very average. Lost by the width of a fag paper in terms of difference in quality.

I think Cooper was at fault when Mudryk scored and Firpo made a mistake at their winner goal. This is football, in the end either your mistakes or matchwinning performances are remembered. Anyways I think we played a very good game resting some of our big boys, so not disappointed.

They already were. Just glad he is Leeds and Harte is not his agent.

Indeed considering our line-up it was a massive statement that we were able to compete and push them all the way. I think Cooper sadly showed why his days with us are likely numbered (even if we failed to get promoted) but on the flip side we maybe have something with Matteo Joseph. That Gray lad in midfield looks a prospect too!

Does that mean our unbeaten run is broken?

Good as we can restart from 0 again.

If Maresca players his strongest team in the QF they could definitely beat them.

Still watching ITV, aren’t commentary teams supposed to be impartial? The two lasses both had a party in their pants when Poch came up to be interviewed . Embarrassing.

Looking at our line-ups over the season I think if we were picking our strongest side for this match only 3 of the players selected tonight would have started in the position that we'd put them in (as Amapdu and Gray would be DF and RB). Those 3 would have been Messlier, Rodon and James.
Spine was missing, Gruev/Kamara and Geo .... Our two best wingers didn't start, one hopes this is the end, at least for a while, of Piroe as the 10. Poor today

Chelsea have a habit of scoring winning goals against us in the last minute.

What a shame!! We could have beat Chelsea if we'd just stretched the match out a little further, E.T perhaps with a goal from either Willy or Sommerville. :ok:
Even the fact that we have been knocked out of the cup I'm still extremely proud of the overall effort and desire to fight from the lads. Their winning goal was scored due to our sleeping defence who didn't pick up their 'two' players racing into the box, leaving way too much space.
We've improved massively under Farke and the faith from our fans is growing each match now. If we get promoted this season the lads the new manager and our new owners should give us a much better chance at remaining in the top flight where our mighty club deserves to be. M.O.T :soccer: :soccer: :soccer:
;-) Yeboah against Liverpool :!: :!: Crossbar and in.

Love this quote

"There’s also no point talking about Gray anymore because I’m not sure what else can be said other than him turning into the best midfielder in football history will be the least surprising thing I’ve ever seen."

Archie played better and better as the game went on and took MOTM against a £200m midfield.

We'd have beat them if Summerville and Georgie were fully fit.

Pleased with how we did.

Gray was ridiculous and Joseph took his goals very well and grew into the game.
