But this is probably the easiest away game we will have all season, they could barely lay a glove on us. We should have had a hatful and the camera panning to Farke clearly showed his frustration.
It was for the most part lacklustre by quite a few players.

Sorry but a CB/defender should not be a designated penalty taker IMO. And don't come back at me with Phil Neil or Mel Sterland because they were exceptions to the rule (and there are probably more). But if as a squad cannot find 2/3/4 designated penalty takers out of the attckers we have: we are in trouble. Attackers are paid to score goals whether set pieces or otherwise...

Yes. No doubt. In this league, it's hard to win games on the road. What we are delivering on the road, we are hard to play against. Seven points. No goals conceded. Close to perfect on the road. Dominant on the road from the first until the last second.
Nearly 80 per cent possession. Dominated the game in this way. Gave no chances away apart from the scene after our second goal celebrations.
We should have buried the game earlier. Our conversion rate was the only thing I could criticise. You can always concede out of nothing in this league, so the conversion rate was the issue for me. We will keep working on this

We need the menality of a hoover seller. You have to ring 40 houses and hope one buys the hoover from you. The appreciation of the importance of scoring goals. Perhaps I was a striker, I would have died to score. This mentality needs to be added. Many young players and they have to learn this.
We have to be more like Joel Piroe, all of us, probably the best finisher in the league. So happy we have him. Want us to be more greedy to score goals.
Message from Piroe
It's not an individual stat. Joel deserves more praise. Does so much for us. With finishing, there is nobody better than him. If you want to play for a big club like Leeds, 46 games and two cups, you cannot play every minute. He is motivated to do this.
Some other skills are needed. I pick the team for what we need at the time. His finish against Hull was like today. Ice cold. What I love is it is never about him. Never moaning about his minutes. Always looking to offer something to the team. Special character.
An answer to critics?
This is not an answer to critics.
We are creating so many chances. We are in a good place. Converted two goals today. Should have done more. We know we have a young side on the pitch. Have to add to our game. Side full of youth. If you want to call them immature, we have to accept we are not the finished product.
Not over the moon with this, but the three points are priceless. We want to improve effectiveness.
Swapping Ampadu and Gruev?
Want to be flexible in how we build up from the back. Want to play forward and progress our game. They have different skills. At times it was due to the situation. They changed their formations and we had to be reacting to changes like this.

To be honest more than we saw against bottom of the table with 10 men for over 60 minutes.
Today could have been a statement game. And we could have bagged a couple more goals for what might be important goal difference later in the season. We could have put the game away on 60 minutes and given a longer run out to our new arrivals - remember squad rotation and underuse of the bench became a problem last season.
In short, we should have looked better with what we were up against. And today did not make us look like top 2 contenders. But I'm still hopeful. Hopeful that we're a new unit finding some chemistry and when we do we'll go on a run like we did in January.

Good god what a bunch of moaning bastards. We got the win and cruised to it. Wasted chances, espeically the penalty but apart from one chance Cardiff never threatened. Whilst I loved the way we played under Bielsa cast your minds back to the amount of matches where we battered teams, got in front and continuedto batter teams but then conceded a sucker punch goal. By controlling the match Farke eliminates much of the risk of conceding an undeserved goal and knows that with the quality of players we have we should be capable of scoring a goal, or a second.

He did well before that as well, it was him closing down the last man (moving at quite a pace tbf) that forced the initial rushed clearance.
