Still don't understand the obsession with having our striker score more goals. Scoring goals is not our problem. We have scored seven more goals than any other team in the league and our GD is a full ten goals better than anyone else's. Only two teams have conceded fewer.
Not too worried about Piroe’s goals but Joseph is our only fit back up so if something happens to Joel we’ll struggle. Surely you’d want to see more from Joseph than a lot of running around and no goals against tired defences ?

Going along with the Cjay/Bamford running around trope, now that Bamford is not playing we need to pin that tired observation on somebody else, but it needs to be someone that is underperforming, and not living up to expectations... yes Joseph will do nicely, we couldn't pin it on Piroe, cos Lord forbid that he would ever run around, yet he is extolled for his positional sense.
It is a stick to beat our players with... run to much and you are a headless chicken.. don't run enough and you have the turning circle of a tanker.
Seems we find things to praise in our favourite players... and things to condemn in those we don't rate. Fans who should listen to them... certainly not the manager

Def not arguing with you Trigger, Piroe was poor today but if there was a half chance in the box I know who I’d want on the end of it. It's a genuine poser and my post was made prior to Joseph being introduced to the game, my thoughts are we look a totally different attacking unit altogether with either Joseph or Piroe starting, my question is, why?
Like some comments have suggested, goals are coming from everywhere, I think Bogle had more touches in the box today than either striker, but there is a difference in our play when either of Joseph or Piroe are on the pitch, what is it?

Aaronsson went off injured by the look of it, need a 10 as think Solomon is excellent on the wing and Gnonto doesn't look good centrally.

Ampadu's magnificent tackle saved us from a 1-1 scoreline, as we gave them oceans of space for the Owls to strut their stuff.
The good thing I witnessed today is Sheff Wed could give our rivals a fright when they encounter the Owls.

We seem to have to be in one camp or the other regarding Piroe/Joseph... I rate them both, think we'd be fine if Piroe gets injured and Joseph gets a run and vice versa.
Joseph has started 1 league game since October so impossible to evaluate, but there's a lot of talent there. Personally I prefer joseph starting as his movement (not running) creates space for others. Like JiL I don't care who scores as long as we do and in timely fashion. But Joseph will start scoring if he gets a run starting.

Ramazani formed dipped after suffering a bad injury, and required time to get his fitness back.

I'm in neither camp myself, and care not who scores the goals as long as we are winning. I'm more interesting in the stark difference in our attacking game when one or the other starts., we are very different.

Only because of our early goal. If we hadn't scored that early then I doubt Sheff Wed would have been anywhere near as adventurous. As it was at 1-0 down they may as well have a go especially as we (both players and fans) would have been a bit jittery after the last 2 league matches.
I do think that it almost benefits us to be so poor at creating decent chances as it means in most of our matches they settle into an 'attack v defence' scenario where we dictate play. As such the pattern of play has usually been pretty much set by the time we finally get our opening goal and it is then harder for the opposition to change the way they have been playing. When we score early it changes the usual pattern of our games and makes them far more open - whereby it can suit us as we usually look more like scoring albeit more like conceding too.
