One sort of positive from this situation is the squad have adapted their shape without him when he was out. We missed him sure, but we still were strong in defense.

The manager can give a pre-match team talk as usual, they can be in the dressing room at half-time, and they can discretely pass on information for their assistants to relay during the game. But direct communication is forbidden. In other words, managers should be seen and not heard.

This is a real issue as we do not have any real back up in CB. 3 points tonight becomes even more important. Good that Solomon starts so our forward line look strong.
