Have to agree with many that Dan James should have been subbed off instead of Solomon and 20 minutes earlier. Not sure why Farke couldn't see that it was a day for good technique on the ball, as showed by Solomon and Gnonto, whereas DJ struggled in that respect.

Burnley are the draw specialists in this league and they are sitting third... can you compute that with your statement.

This season, they have recorded 15 draws in the Championship.

They have been consistent. Won the games they are expected to and have a much deeper squad to deal with injuries/late season fatigue which we simply don't have.

Really interesting looking at squad rotation differences between us and Burnley..... They will do what they have been doing all season, draws with wins. Different style but will probably stay the course. We're much more exciting to watch but can't change the squad up to deal with fatigue while remaining at the same level. Gnonto and Ramazani are probably the only two who can come on and offer similar levels.

Right now we're just above Burnley.... Great, but like last season have we got enough in the tank over next 7 games? Be interesting and think we have a good chance but also worried as it is clear they're feeling the pace across the squad. Aarronsson is a better player than the last few games... Same with Rodon and a few others.

We have a very poor record against QPR at their ground, so take the point and move on.

Somehow, when we had a corner in the 96th minute & they were down to ten men, we defended like headless chickens & nearly blew it.

Why do they put us through such trauma?

Don’t know what to think about that. Pleased with the point in the end but disappointed by dropping two against a very mediocre side. I will not miss this ugly league next season.

Budget-smuget-fudget means bugger all.. Man City have soent a fortune on players and look where they are.

Money doesn't always buy you success. Foolish useless argument.

We were last season too.

Do I expect to win every game? Course not...... But I look a little deeper into stats. Compare the squad rotation and squad depth of Burnley to ours and you'll see what I mean...

I used to run competitively, not iron man or anything or play football to a high level but decent running comps.
At the end of the season I can only describe the fatigue as feeling like the day after the day after a hangover like you're fine but just bodily tired.... Not as sharp.... Not quite as quick mentally or physically.

It must be to a higher degree even as a professional sportsman with 3 games in 6 days.

Gnonto.. Is he a better player than James? Not really but looked it today, so much energy for the details.... everyone has ups and downs and James looks in need of a rest to me.

Can only go from what you know and fatigue in professional players is a thing and ours have played a high intensity style of play for more minutes than most squads in the league. Got to be a factor for the run in.

Rangers lost their last four matches, also three of their regular first team players unavailable, including their main star.

Mind you. it's easy for the opposition when we defend like schoolboys.

It seemed he was on a mission from the moment he came, more fire in his belly.

Meslier starts booting the ball upfield, which invariably comes back to us, as we rarely win a header up top. It's as if we lose all our composure.

Man City have won how many titles in recent years?
You're basing their spending vs success on one year when they have a squad in transition..... Despite this they're 4th in the prem and will probably end up 3rd so not sure on your point?

Its true money doesn't always buy success.... When its used effectively it normally helps though wouldn't you agree?

With Ipswich they had an exceptionally gifted manager and an excellent recruitment drive.... I.e. farke getting rid of their left back leif davis who wasn't good enough for us being a good example (now considered for England).

They had a togetherness and a promotion bounce...... Used to winning..... Like us in that first season in the prem when we were playing on adrenaline fearing no one.

They also played within their means (we battered them when they tried to out play us in our style) they learned adapted and played styles to suit the opposition they faced and did the basics consistently right.

Everything else its a lottery in football, can only weight the dice. Money helps with that.

I was convinced Willy would make this impact. I was thinking about Gnonto to play from the beginning. If Gruev had played, I may have done. Because we had two ballers in midfield I wanted Brenden Aaronson to run about.

I was thinking though he didn't convince too much in no.10, he is learning more to create situaitons in the centre. Perhaps not in his pressing but he played a decisive pass for the equaliser.
