So much so that should we come back down again. or even worse fail to get up this season then maybe it's time to get a more comfy armchair and observe from afar.

Also you're 100% correct with your comments about Farke. The poor guy had no idea what he was letting himself in for when he took the job, fair play to him though he's handled everything superbly thus far and whatever we've been paying him he's certainly earn't every penny.

You’re so right. If Leeds can’t build from this and flip flop around in the EFL. It truly is a young mans game. 15+ year olds that have no idea the heartache the last 20+ years have caused. As such they can take over the baton and we can watch from afar.

If however we can reignite ourselves and get within touch distance of the Europa League or above. It would be some well deserved compensation for what supporting this club has put us through.

We know it can be done. Only need to look at Villa, Newcastle, Forest and Leicester in recent years.

I dare say half the team will need scrapping. But we’ve got a solid backbone to work from.

Whoever is responsible for the fixtures has got today all wrong.
Burnley v Blunts should have been the early kick off.
Then Leeds could possibly have been celebrating promotion at home, rather than waiting for the late game to see their result.

Only problem is that in the last two seasons ( including this one ) the three promoted clubs have all come straight back down again.

For about 100 years promoted clubs were never relegated from the top tier in the following season, but all that has changed in recent years due to the financial disparities.

I said that on another post it reminds me of when we won the title in 92 after beating Sheff U we had to wait until the Man U game later in the day, a bit of an anti climax, for us watching at home anyway.
