Watching the replay I gained a greater appreciation of what Ampadu did. That bit of play just before he picked up his yellow was stunning the way he fought off an attacker, brought the ball down and under control, and then turned upfield with it. Plays like that were why Stoke managed only 9 touches inside the Leeds box all day and their one and only shot on target came in the 91st minute.
