I’m sure he will end up playing once the season’s underway, unless we can sell or loan him first. Jack is also a confidence player, it might be better to blood him at an away fixture wearing earplugs than shove him under the home spotlight just yet. Being younger with a longer contract he has more potential value than Bamford who can safely be parked with the kids for a year.
