Then same question .... If Bogle is injured, would they consider canceling Schmidt's move?

We only have 3 full backs - Gudmundson, Bogle, Byram. Ampadu and Strujik can back up each side. And we don't have one ready made in the 21's. Always assumed that we'd be looking to add one more FB.

The Piroe disrespect needs to stop!!!!
Well last season, needed a bit more consistency. But I do think he's a class player. My big hope is that the PL suits him and that Farke works out a better way to use him.

Gudmundsson down after collision involving Meslier. Looks sore but nothing serious.

Off the ball defensively we really don't look well coached.

Too easy to get at us with 1 pass.

No I think he stays unless we buy a player or two. WC year and Schmidt wants to play which is fair enough.

He’s our best natural finisher and also our most intelligent player when playing the 10 position, and that’s the problem at the minute.

Whoever we buy upfront, I like Rama, Joel and Gnonto for this season.

Like this and the option for different player profiles depending on the opponent/situation--Aaronson put in a strong shift today, DJ to stretch defenses on the counter, etc.

1-1. Good run out against decent opposition, nothing special but nothing terrible.

It’s been quite feisty for a pre season…
But it’s no Batty v Sampdoria 😉

1-1 at full time..... Decent run out, looked better with flair on the pitch so a balance does need to be struck or we will invite a lot of pressure in the prem

A draw seemed about right. Decent opposition who were up for it. A good test.
