Nice work from Joel to win the ball from two of their players and play the out ball to Willie on the break.

Not a bad look from just outside the 18 yard box from Piroe.

Great shot Piroe but top class keeping as he also reacted to Tanaka's easy finish for the equalizer

1-0 at HT... Good performance for the most part

Done OK relatively.

Started bright, some nice link up between Stach, Gnonto and JP.

Not creating much though in the last half hour.

James and Schmidt struggling

Tanaka broken up play well

Still think defensively we look iffy, too much space for the opposition (something we really need to improve on)

Held our own for the most part. Defense still needs bedding in--hope that happens quick but with injuries and Bijol's suspension...

I'm thinking about all those posts last season about Schmit being frozen out etc etc and just laughing to myself.

Like to see Rama on second half, Willy switched to the right. Byram right back if we can afford to risk him.

Then Bijol, Nmecha, Longstaff on at around 60-65.

Do we have anyone else?

Very good going forward, but different to Bogle. The lack of playing time for a year will make him rusty

First half was a decent watch. Schmidt is a bit of a mixed bag. Loses his man a lot when defending. Keeps allowing him to get on his blind side. So much so that he is often not aware of where he is, which makes defending a hell of a lot harder if unsure whether you have time on the ball.

I like the look of Gud so far at LB. As others have pointed out Stach looks impressive and DJ lacks match sharpness, which is understandable.

Aaronson played very well last time out. Worth a look today.

Schmidt is being asked to defend.

Bogle hardly ever was (fortunate given its apparently a massive weakness).

Schmidt is also massively rusty due to lack of game time.

He is our weakest link by a long way.

As for his attacking prowess I am happy to be convinced, by Milan have him on toast and it no surprise thet are getting their joy exploiting his deffincies.

Stach looking the real deal.

Gnonto could be an excellent player if he could improve his decision making!

Gudmondsson good.

I am dubious about Struijk's Premiership credentials.
