I have just advised my better half that sobriety may not be my strong suit tonight. :clape: :clapp:

I rotated between different Rokus to watch the game on NBC Sports in 30 minute free preview chunks. Not sure if that helps from a replay standpoint. You missed a beauty to watch! Looked like our dominant selves from last season. One to carve out watch time for…

Yea, I hate that about Peacock's coverage. They should make games available on-demand!

Didn't they claim it was down to the extended UCL?

Did they?

If I knew about it I'd genuinely forgotten, saw one game advertised for boxing day on sky today just assumed they all were.

I think they claimed that as it was so close to Saturday it made sense to ignore Tradition and just play the usual weekend's fixtures.

The league said: "There are now several challenges to Premier League fixture scheduling rooted in the expansion of European club competitions – which led to a revision of our domestic calendar ahead of last season, including changes to the FA Cup.

"This ultimately left the Premier League as a 33-weekend competition – fewer than previous seasons, despite being a 380-match competition since 1995.

"With fewer weekends to work with, the League is bound by how the calendar falls. The league can give an assurance that next season there will be more Premier League matches on Boxing Day – as the date falls on a Saturday."

I assume it's because people would still be off work on the Saturday this year.

Feeling quite proud of myself - as well as the team - right now! Fantastic game to watch, what an early Christmas present that was! Brilliant by DF and the players, we have improved so much lately. So impressed by the turnaroud.

Visiting my father, and watched it at the Regent's in Chapel Allerton.

What a match - I've haven't enjoyed a game so much in a long time. We were brilliant. Astonishing how things have turned around. I think we can beat any PL team at ER.

We have a 50% win percentage playing a back 3 from the start.

We are unbeaten in games where we start with a back 3

Daniel Farke fearing for his job was the best thing that happened to us this season.

Conceding fewer goals, scoring more, less ploddyball, lovely.

Did we really just do that 😲? Never thought we would beat an established premier league side so comfortably though didn't think any established team could defend set pieces so poorly. They couldn't cope with our intensity and we out fought and outplayed them in all areas. Credit to Daniel farke in changing his tactics to suit the players at his disposal but the execution has been magnificent.

I'm not going to try and predict what might happen going forward but the last 3 weeks has brought that feeling of elation that I never thought I'd experience this season. Its games like this that makes all the expense of watching Leeds feel like money well spent.
