Precisely, they choose to get offended or riled by it. Ironically, they're often negative about others having a contrary view. If you get 'upset' then don't read or respond to the post. It's quite simple really.

Which is why if you post a viewpoint - which is always going to be a subjective one - they respond typically with sarcasm and/or mockery which is disrespectful, and smacks of narcissistic superiority. People with narcissistic tendencies are always trying to manifest a sense of superiority.

Best thing is to just filter such people - I filtered Irish Ian and Weasel yesterday. They are the only two people that I get sarcasm and mockery from on here if I post an opinion.

This match day thread is now into its 41st page, the majority of these threads don't reach 30 pages, so where was everybody when we were picking up incredible points in what has been our most difficult batch of matches of this season since the end of November.

God help us if we draw or lose against Fulham.

Yes but..... 37 pages were before or on the match day, so we had more people contributing during the match than usual, but with it being 4-3 that is also not surprising... so since the end of the match day only 4 pages which is about normal....
